How long does it take for a custom order?

Generally 4-6 weeks from the time we receive payment. During peak times it may take up to 8 weeks.


What are your delivery options?

If you are local to the Woodinville, Bothell, Kirkland, or Redmond areas we can schedule a pick up or delivery at an arranged drop site. Shipping is also available.  Any shipping overages will be refunded to you. 


How do I exchange an item?

Please see returns policy. For exchanges: if you are local we can make similar arrangements to your pick up. If the item was shipped the return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless otherwise stated.
Do you provide International delivery?
At this time we do not ship internationally.


What is your returns policy?

All sales are final on custom made items.

We want you to love your Zebra Mama clothing! 


Custom made garments are made to fit your body, and are not eligible for return or exchange but adjustments to the garments will be made if needed.


For off the rack items: Refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase for a similar item. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still attached. Items that have been washed or worn are not returnable. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If any issues arise overr the life of your garment, please contact us.
